Zirconia Powder is produced from refined zircon sand through chlorination, purification, and controlled calcination processes, resulting in high-purity zirconium oxide with excellent structural reliability. Depending on the formulation, zirconia can be stabilized with yttria (Y₂O₃), magnesia (MgO), or calcia (CaO), providing enhanced toughness, wear resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Its fine particle size distribution, high density, and outstanding mechanical properties make zirconia one of the most important materials in advanced ceramics, including dental restorations, precision bearings, structural ceramics, thermal barrier coatings, and refractory applications.
