Zirconia Powder (ZrO₂) is a high-purity ceramic material known for its exceptional strength, toughness, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. Available in various grades—including monoclinic, tetragonal, and stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP, Mg-PSZ)—it offers fine particle sizes suitable for advanced ceramics, refractories, and precision components.

  Description

Zirconia Powder is produced from refined zircon sand through chlorination, purification, and controlled calcination processes, resulting in high-purity zirconium oxide with excellent structural reliability. Depending on the formulation, zirconia can be stabilized with yttria (Y₂O₃), magnesia (MgO), or calcia (CaO), providing enhanced toughness, wear resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Its fine particle size distribution, high density, and outstanding mechanical properties make zirconia one of the most important materials in advanced ceramics, including dental restorations, precision bearings, structural ceramics, thermal barrier coatings, and refractory applications.
