High Alumina Castable is a versatile refractory castable formulated with high-alumina raw materials, optimized particle grading, and advanced bonding systems. With alumina content generally ranging from 60% to 90%, it provides outstanding refractoriness, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength at both ambient and elevated temperatures.
This castable is easy to place through pumping, vibration, or pouring, making it highly adaptable for on-site construction. After curing and drying, it forms a dense and durable refractory layer capable of withstanding chemical corrosion, thermal shock, and continuous high-temperature operation.
High Alumina Castable is widely used in furnaces, kilns, ladles, ducts, and equipment that require long-lasting, reliable thermal protection.
