Ramming Mass

Ramming Mass

Ramming Mass is a high-performance refractory material designed for furnace lining repair and monolithic construction, offering excellent density, strong bonding, and long service life.

  Description

Ramming Mass is a monolithic refractory material made from high-purity aggregates and optimized binders, applied by pneumatic or manual ramming. After compaction and sintering, it forms a dense, joint-free lining with excellent resistance to high temperature, mechanical impact, and chemical erosion.

This material is widely used in induction furnaces, electric arc furnaces, and ladle linings where fast installation, flexible repair, and high lining integrity are required. Compared with traditional refractory bricks, ramming mass enables shorter installation time, lower downtime, and reduced maintenance costs.

Our ramming mass products include acidic, neutral, and basic grades, suitable for different slag compositions and operating conditions. Custom formulations are available to meet specific furnace designs and working temperatures.
