Carbon Refractory Bricks are engineered using high-purity carbon, graphite, and binding agents, formed under high pressure and baked at elevated temperatures to ensure excellent thermal, mechanical, and chemical stability. These bricks exhibit outstanding resistance to molten metals, basic and acidic slags, and rapid temperature fluctuations. With extremely low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity, carbon bricks maintain structural integrity even under extreme operating conditions. Their non-wetting properties against molten iron and steel make them ideal for metallurgical processes requiring long service life, low erosion rate, and superior performance in aggressive environments.
