Silica Refractory Bricks are high-temperature fire bricks made with over 93% SiO₂, offering excellent resistance to thermal shock, strong load-bearing capacity, and exceptional performance under high temperatures.

  Description

Silica Refractory Bricks are premium high-temperature bricks primarily composed of quartz, tridymite, and cristobalite, with SiO₂ content typically above 93%. They provide excellent thermal stability, a high refractoriness under load (RUL), and strong volume stability at elevated temperatures. Due to their unique mineral transformation properties, silica bricks offer outstanding resistance to deformation and mechanical wear in continuous high-temperature environments, especially above 1200°C. These properties make silica bricks ideal for the upper structure of glass furnaces, coke ovens, and hot blast stoves where long-term high-temperature operation is required.
